How far in advance do I need to book?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled pick-up time. This lets us prepare and ensure you get the best experience possible.

How much does a ride cost?

Pricing varies based on your trip distance and destination. We offer competitive, fixed rates and will match or beat any competitor's quote. Call us for a price estimate.

Do you cover areas outside Rhode Island?

Yes! We serve Rhode Island and the surrounding vicinity, including trips to Logan Airport in Boston and other nearby destinations in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight information directly. If anything changes, call us as soon as possible at (774) 292-0894 and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up are free. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full fare. See our Policies page for full details.
